Tanner spent a good portion of the day running to the window to look at his balloons. "Balloons Freeze?" |
With the temperature hovering around -30F around 11:00am, we started peeling the balloons off of the frozen balls outside but ended up finishing inside.
Finishing up inside. |
Our frozen marbles minus the one I dropped and broke. |
Tanner had fun with the whole process. He kept trying to pick them up and move them around.
I'm not really sure what we'll do with them now. Look at them out the window and then leave them for the next homeowner to stare at. Or maybe we'll have fun crushing them or see how far we can all throw them out into the yard.
Awesome! I have been wanting to do these. Sounds like a good project for tomorrow afternoon. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, do it and take pics!
DeleteSo fun! Save one to melt on your last night in AK, kinda like our martini glasses from Chena!
ReplyDeleteThat is definitely an option!
