Last week my blender bit the dust. I knew it was on it's last leg. The motor kept getting louder and louder and occasionally the blades would stop. When those blades made their last go around and I unplugged the blender for the last time I was sad. I make smoothies every morning for breakfast, and though I have a hand held, wand type blender, it isn't the same. I made it three mornings without a blender and then went to Fairbanks and bought a

What are some of your favorite smoothies? Lately I have been trying to put 2 fruit servings and 1 or 2 veggie survings in them. I put about 2T rice
protein powder, water and ice in them. Delicious and Nutritious!
Oh my!!!! I can't see myself drinking that green stuff! Im sure it tastes good though! I thought of you yesterday when Lucas and I walked by that blender at Sams Club!
ReplyDeleteBridgett you're funny. :) Tanner will drink them with me, usually. Brandon... Not so much!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! This will be a great addition to your kitchen! Mom
ReplyDeleteI commented yesterday but its not on here now. I said that I'm odd and don't like smoothies! The texture is weird to me.
ReplyDeleteThat's weird that your comment didn't show up yesterday, Susan. I'm glad you reposted!
ReplyDeleteI have another friend that isn't a fan of smoothies either. I like mine more runny than thick... I don't like choking drinks down! ;)
